Committed to empowering South Africa's youth, Developing Stars forges enduring partnerships with both public and private sectors. We aim to boost operational capacity, graduate absorption and retention into the workplace, and drive sustainable socio-economic development.

Our flagship initiative, the ECD Financial Management Programme, is a trailblazing collaboration with the Gauteng City Region Academy (GCRA), the ECD Directorate of the Gauteng Department of Education, the Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA), and top-tier training providers and coaches. Together, we're shaping the future, one success story at a time.

 This project commenced in 2023 by selecting and recruiting 100 unemployed graduates with a financial qualification, or those studying towards a financial qualification and requiring Work Integrated Learning. This programme was designed to improve operational and compliance processes for ECDs identified as non-compliant while learners acquire necessary work experience and receive skills training that further builds their entrepreneurial endeavors, all enhancing their employability.
